Just to tell you what a great time I had on Saturday at the weaving workshop with Dee Sayce. Attended the full day workshop for tapestry weaving. Dee, our tutor packed in a lot however there was no pressure to keep up with the pace and to go at ones own speed. Learnt not only about the different types of stitching but also about the history of tapestry which was very interesting. We practiced as we learned the techniques. Dee was extremely patient and the atmosphere was friendly and supportive. Hope to attend another to build on what I have learnt once I have mastered the current stitches. Thanks Dee
