Silver Clay Pendant – Botanical

Create your own fine silver pendant to take home.
During this workshop, we will be making moulds of leaves & plants and using them to create a unique piece of jewellery in precious metal clay.

We will go through each process from composing your piece and mould making, to firing, final refining and polishing, during the workshop. Firing will take place on the day, so you will be able to take your pendant home with you.

All materials will be provided, as well as all techniques demonstrated and explained.

This workshop is aimed at beginners and those curious to try silver clay and learn about its potential. We offer a relaxed and informative space to get to know this unique and versatile material.
It's primarily for adults, but we warmly welcome anyone aged 15 and above. We just ask that younger participants are able to maintain concentration and engagement throughout the 4.5-hour session. Please note, all firing will be done by the tutor in a controlled environment.

All materials and equipment are provided. While we won't get too messy, we recommend not wearing your best white top. Clay should wash out, but feel free to bring an apron if you prefer.

During this workshop we will have an hour break for lunch. Lunch is not included so please bring your own or you can pop out to buy some. Tea and coffee are provided throughout the day.

As we can dry and fire your pieces during the session, you will be able to take home your fine silver pendant on the day.
I will also have certain tools and clay available to purchase for anyone wanting to continue their silver clay journey at home.
