Needle Felted Birds

We will create sculpt a blue tit from local and naturally-dyed, carded wools, along with some merino for the finer details. Using special ‘barbed’ needles, we will form birds, add tails, wings and distinguishing markings. The blue tits will then be added to jute wreath hoops and adorned with pom poms and or felt flowers to make a pretty summer wreath for your home.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with a little bit of previous experience, who would like to develop their skills.

Just bring yourself and your glasses, if you wear them, as we will be threading needles when attaching the eyes.
