Monthly Memory Journals

This workshop will guide you through the different processes needed to create a book from scratch.

Step 1 - Colour and Collage
To start off we will start to organise and decorate our cover and pages for our little journals using colour and collage.

Step 2 - Pattern, Texture Binding
Then we will add to our pages with pattern and texture and bind our little books together.

Step 3 - Bringing it all together
To finish off we will add all of our memorabilia and finish off our journals with some colourful embellishments.

All abilities are welcome on this course, no prior knowledge or experience is required. Anyone aged 12yrs an over can join this workshop.

To personalise your mini journals and make them your own it is a good idea to bring with you some memorabilia to add such as photos, tickets, notes, postcards, labels etc You can tailor your memorabilia too to create a journal as a memory gift for someone special or to remember a specific occasion such as a family holiday. If you don't have anything to hand don't worry there will be some collage materials you can choose from too they just won't be personal to you.

You will make a memory book to keep that is totally hand made and unique. This handmade book would also make a great gift for a loved one and could be done on a theme.
