Emergency First Aid at Work

The day will be a mixture of theory and activities to allow you to practically apply your new first aid skills and consolidate your knowledge. You will learn how to put casualties into the recovery position, deal with emergency situations and how to bandage various injuries.

This workshop is suitable for anybody. If you are simply interested in first aid or you require a first aid certificate for your workplace then this is the course for you.

As there is a practical element to this course,  please wear sensible clothes as you will be both casualty and first aider throughout the day (yes you will have to get on the floor at some point and lie down too!)

Our venue is fully accessible but if you have any medical condition that may affect your participation in the day or that we should know about, please be sure to add it when booking in the space provided.

By attending this course you will develop and practice essential skills for life!
In addition to this, upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate which is valid for three years. This will take a couple of weeks to come through – we’ll let you know when it’s ready to pick up.
