Beaded Fairies

Have you worked with wire or beads before? Don't worry you don't need to have this is just to help us work out where to start the session from skill wise.

This workshop is for complete beginners to beadwork – you do not need to have made anything with beads before. Some parts are a little fiddly but your tutor will help you to find a design or technique to suit you. This workshop will be suitable for older children with a good amount of manual dexterity.

There is a children’s version of this workshop that runs in the school holidays where just one fairy is made – this is suitable for children aged 8 years and over.

Just bring yourself and your glasses if you need them - all materials will be supplied.

You will take away a pair of pretty beaded fairies, along with full instructions for making your fairy. I can’t promise your fairy will grant any wishes, but just between you and me, my fairy granted my wish to teach crafts!
